Counseling is:

·         A safe place to talk, to be heard, where you can “really” be yourself

·         Time spent where the conversation is on you (you don’t have to be the caregiver, fixer, confidant, parent, spouse, friend, daughter, boss, coworker…) in a confidential space where you are not going to hurt anybody’s feelings talking about what is really going on in your heart, head, and life. How often do we get that in life!

·         Understand and identify patterns

·         Help understand and address relationship issues

·         Equip you with tools and techniques to better manage stress, anxiety, and other challenging emotions

·         Identify problems

·         Develop solutions

You can be yourself, talk about your most private struggles, and it is safe.

It is help aimed at relieving emotional distress and gaining insight into difficulties.

It allows you to increase your ways of coping with tough situations, emotions, and thoughts.
