Establishing boundaries can be scary or uncomfortable. Healthy boundaries help you define what you will and will not tolerate- how to say no to what you don't want...and yes to what you do want. Boundaries help you to not be controlled and manipulated by others, in all kinds of relationships. It's never too late (or too early!) to learn to manage your boundaries and say yes to living how you really want to live and spend your time - learn to say "no" without feeling guilty!
