Most people have ‘some’ narcissistic tendencies, but there is a difference if you are you having to deal with someone who has Narcissistic Personality Disorder:

- It’s always about them, even if you think it is not

- They only do things if they see a benefit in it for themselves

- They are most likely addicts of something (alcohol, drugs, set, gambling, etc.)

- They are never wrong

- Blame is part of who they are

- They don’t like to help their partner with chores because it’s below them

- They lie all the time

- Rage/control/manipulation

- Then, love-bombing and the abuse cycle begins all over again

Plus, MANY more abusive and destructive traits. Gaslighting is huge, and it leaves people close to them hurt, bewildered, and not sure of who they even are anymore.

If this describes a relationship that you have, no matter what type of relationship - spouse/partner/family member/co-worker...please considering getting into Narcissistic Personality Disorder Recovery.
