Walking on Eggshells

If you:

Tip-toe around – “Walk on eggshells” – hoping to avoid sudden anger, constantly editing what you say and do, trying to gauge and be careful of someone else’s moods to avoid a blow-up, backlash, criticism, sighs of disapproval, or an attack - you are in an unhealthy relationship.

Are in any type of relationship that is one-sided, not mutually giving; where you are disrespected, disregarded, or used – you are in an unhealthy relationship.

Have lost yourself in the process. You do not know who you are anymore – you are in an unhealthy relationship.

The hard truth is - it is not our job to “fix” anyone. What we can do though, is get help for ourselves - find ourselves again, and get that joy back! To re-discover and live in peace again (maybe for the first time). Yes, it is possible; it takes work, but it is possible!

We can start this process together.
